Star Cast Announcement!
Soap star and model Philip Olivier will be taking the title role in Dick Whittington.

Philip Olivier is best known for the role of Brookside bully Timothy 'Tinhead' O'Leary and Adam Tyler in hit teen drama Hollyoaks: In the City. Fans of reality TV shows will also recognise him as a familiar face of many favourite shows, including Channel 4's The Games, Celebrity Come Dine With Me and Soap Star Super Chef and Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway's Prison Break.

He can currently be seen starring in the National tour of the hit West End show Never Forget.

This year’s Christmas production at the Yvonne Arnaud, Aladdin, is sheer delight and ticks all the boxes when it comes to pantos plus adding a little bit extra for good measure.

Many congratulations to Masie Hopkins and Lache Heron, who successfully auditioned and gained a place in 'Annie' to be performed at the Camberley Theatre in July 2008.

Lache has been a member of Premier for 5 years, studying mainly dance.             

Masie joined Premier Performers last year and is thrilled as this was her first audition. Well done girls!

Congratulations to Josh Willis and his band 'Ugmosis' for getting through the semi final of the South East region of 'Battle of the Bands'.

They have fought off stiff competition to get this far and are looking forward to the final. The group is also auditioning for 'Britains Got Talent' next Sunday.

Josh has been a member of 'Premier' for 6 years and has trained in Drama, Musical Theatre & Dance.

We would like to wish Josh and the band lots of luck for their audition and the final.

The Premier Dance Studio would like to congratulate 'Henry Perkins' on his first successful year in Moscow training with the Bolshoi Ballet Company.

Henry has been followed by a BBC1 television crew filming for the series 'Imagine'. The programme can be seen on BBC1 on Tuesday 23rd October.

Henry received extra vocational tuition at PDS for his ISTD Intermediate Tap Examination. We would like to wish Henry lots of luck with his further three years of training.

A big congratulations to Tyler Fagan who has successfully auditioned and secured the role of Michael Banks in Mary Poppins at 'The Prince Edward Theatre'.

Tyler has been a member of 'Premier Performers' since January and will be appearing in the show from November onwards.

Congratulations to Courtney Sturgess, who recently finished filming for the short film 'Roadkill', a short, physical comedy set on a bus, written and directed by award winning animator James Hickey in his first foray into live action.

Courtney would like to go in to full time acting in the future and has trained with PDS since 1997 in Dance, Drama & Musical Theatre.

Well done Courtney.

Congratulations to Luke Yates who will be appearing in this years production of Cinderella at The Camberley Theatre, running from 12th December - 6th January 2007, Starring Susan Penhaligon and Scott Wright.

Luke has been a member of PDS since 2004 and is currently training in Dance, Drama & Musical Theatre.

Congratulations to Laura-jayne Colburn in successfully auditioning and gaining a place at the 'Reynolds Performing Arts College'.

Laura has just embarked on her three year course of study, which when completed she will gain her ISTD teaching as well as vocational qualifications.

Laura trained with PDS from 1997- 2007 in Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre.

Good luck with your training and well done Laura.

In 2006 Kelly Sims set of to dance her dream in Disney Land, Paris after successfully auditioning for the role of 'Snow White'. She returned in 2007 after a brilliant season and decided to take her dance career to the next level.

After yet another successful audition, Kelly has now embarked on a three year programme of study at 'Roehampton University', studying for her BSc in Dance and Sports Science.

Kelly trained with PDS from 1999 to 2007 in Dance, Drama & Musical Theatre.

We would like to wish Kelly lots of luck with her studies.

Congratulations to Jessica Startin who successfully auditioned and gained a place at 'Performers College'.

Jessica has just embarked on her course of professional training at the college and will be studying all aspects of the theatre and dance.

Jessica trained at PDS from 1999 to 2006 in Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre.

We would like to wish Jessica lots of luck with her professional career.
